• Competitions held in dedicated venues or dance clubs
• DJs play CDs (mp3, wav) or use DJ controllers (mp3, wav)
• Equipment provided: 3 CD players, 2 vinyl turntables, DJ controller (Traktor, Serato, Record Box), mixing console, audio monitors, headphones

Main evaluation criteria: mastery of technical techniques, use of equipment capabilities, performance skills, originality, creativity, and selection of musical material.
