Round 1

• Song by the authors (composer and poet) of the participant's country
• Song of participant's choice (any language), must be diverse

Total duration: up to 8 minutes.

6–8 participants allowed to Round 2.

Round 2

• Song of participant's choice (any language), not performed in Round 1
• Submit lyrics in English or Russian in typewritten form

Total duration: up to 4 minutes.

Main evaluation criteria: level of artistic performance, technical skill, mastery of stylistic features, artistry, and creative potential.
